This flocculent spiral galaxy is around 46 million lightyears distant and approximately 110,000 lightyears in diameter. It has a massive central bulge.
This image is the result of just over 6h of RGB data capture from Horsham, over four evenings in January to March 2026. A ZWO ASI2600MM Pro camera was used, through an 8-inch Teleskop-Service Ritchey-Chretien reflector.
