This open cluster contains approximately 100 stars and is difficult to discern, as it is situated in the dense star-field of the Milky Way. It lies at a distance of around 3100 lightyears and is young, at an estimated 65 million years old.
This image is the result of 2h of RGB data capture from Horsham, on an evening in September 2025. A ZWO ASI2600MM Pro camera was used, through an 8-inch Teleskop-Service Ritchey-Chretien reflector.
