Messier 102 in Draco

This is either a lenticular galaxy with an unusual dust lane, or an edge-on spiral. If a spiral and viewed face on, any spiral arms would be faint and ill-defined.
Also known as the Spindle Galaxy, it is 44 million lightyears distant and 60,000 lightyears in diameter.
