NGC 185 in Cassiopeia

NGC 185 is a dwarf elliptical galaxy, approximately 10,000 lightyears in diameter. It lies just over 2 million lightyears distant and is a satellite of Messier 31, which is around 7 degrees away.
Interestingly, eight of the apparent foreground stars are actually globular clusters, orbiting NGC 185.

The image is the result of exactly 3 hours of data capture, over two nights in August and September 2019.
